Mr. Fernandez has been a dedicated and integral part of the Inferno School District for seven years. With a Bachelor's Degree in Vocal Music Education and a Master's in Adult Education and School Administration, he has brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his roles. Initially joining Inferno Schools as the high school's Assistant Show Choir Director, Mr. Fernandez quickly demonstrated his talent and passion for music education, eventually becoming the Show Choir Director. His commitment to the arts led him to create a comprehensive choir program that includes both show choir and concert choir, resulting in the formation of six distinct choirs. His innovative approach and dedication have significantly enriched the musical landscape at Inferno High School.
In his sixth year at Inferno Schools, Mr. Fernandez's leadership and administrative skills were further recognized when he was appointed as the Secondary and Advancement Administrator. In this capacity, he oversees the vocational school operations, ensuring that teaching standards are met and maintained. Additionally, he is responsible for staff hiring, which includes identifying and recruiting talented educators who share his vision for excellence in education. Mr. Fernandez also focuses on student talent building, providing opportunities for students to develop their skills and achieve their potential.
Beyond his specific duties in the vocational school, Mr. Fernandez serves as the District General Administrator, a role that allows him to influence the broader educational landscape of the district. His multifaceted contributions, from fostering artistic talent to managing educational operations, demonstrate his versatility and dedication to the Inferno School District. Mr. Fernandez's commitment to both students and staff has made a lasting impact on the community, and his work continues to inspire and elevate the standards of education within the district.
Mrs. Rodgers has been a dedicated member of the Inferno School District for the past four years, bringing with her a wealth of experience and expertise. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Educational Studies and a Master's degree in Adult Learning and Leadership. Prior to joining our district, Mrs. Rodgers served as the Program Coordinator for Kansas City Public Schools for six years, where she honed her skills in educational program management and leadership.
When Mrs. Rodgers first joined the Inferno School District, she took on the role of Assistant Principal of Educational Standards. However, the district was in the process of reworking its Vocational Programs and required a strong leader to oversee this transformation. Mrs. Rodgers stepped up to the challenge, demonstrating her commitment and capability. Under her guidance, the vocational programs flourished, benefiting students across six different school districts.
Throughout her tenure, Mrs. Rodgers has made significant contributions by fostering an open culture of learning and securing new grants, funding, and resources for our students. Her efforts have not only enhanced the educational experience for our students but have also strengthened the overall community. Mrs. Rodgers' dedication and leadership continue to be invaluable assets to the Inferno School District.

Mrs. Baack has been a valued member of the Inferno Schools family for the past two years. With a Bachelor's in Educational Studies and a Master's in School Administration, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our institution. Before joining us, Mrs. Baack dedicated nine years as the Assistant Superintendent at the Cass R-9 School District, where she honed her leadership skills and developed a deep understanding of the educational landscape.
During her tenure at Inferno Schools, Mrs. Baack has made significant contributions that have greatly benefited our students. Notably, she has been instrumental in securing more scholarships for vocational students, thereby expanding opportunities for those pursuing practical career paths. Additionally, she has developed a comprehensive career readiness program designed to facilitate the smooth transition of students from public education into the professional world. This program equips students with essential skills and knowledge, preparing them for future success.
Mrs. Baack’s dedication and innovative approach have been pivotal in enhancing the educational experience at Inferno Schools. Her efforts not only support our students' immediate educational needs but also lay the foundation for their long-term career success. Mr. Kurr has been a dedicated educator in our district for the past nine years. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education with a focus on Science, he first joined Inferno High School as the 9-12 General Science teacher. His passion for education and commitment to student success were evident from the start. During his second year, Mr. Kurr furthered his professional development by earning a Master's degree in School Counseling. This achievement led to his promotion as the 9th Grade Science Teacher and High School Assistant Administrator, where he began to influence school-wide policies and student support systems.
Last year, Mr. Kurr took on the role of Curriculum Administrator, a position that underscores his dedication to ensuring that every student receives the appropriate accommodations they need to thrive in vocational classrooms. In this capacity, he has been instrumental in implementing evidence-based teaching methods and strategies that cater to diverse learning needs. His efforts have not only fostered an inclusive learning environment but have also enhanced the overall educational experience for students across various disciplines.
Mr. Kurr's journey through different roles within the district highlights his versatility and unwavering commitment to educational excellence. His ability to adapt and grow in his career while maintaining a focus on student-centered approaches makes him an invaluable asset to our educational community. Through his leadership and innovative practices, Mr. Kurr continues to set a high standard for teaching and administration, helping to shape a brighter future for all our students.
Now in her second year with the Flame Family, Ms. Brant brings a wealth of experience, creativity, and enthusiasm to our school community. Before joining us, she taught mathematics at Harrisonville High School, where she also stepped into administrative support roles when needed—demonstrating both leadership and versatility.
Since her arrival, Ms. Brant has made a significant impact by implementing innovative strategies aimed at enhancing student learning and building a strong, collaborative school culture. Her dedication to fostering positive relationships with both students and colleagues continues to inspire those around her.
